Fab lodge, lovely and clean, lived the extra touches. Hot tub was just amazing will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Jacks Place lodge, everything was clean and homely. The beds were comfy and the seating areas too. Will defo be back!

Overall enjoyed our stay however the property is a bit tired , locks on door are dodgy ,the oven was out of order and Jack’s place is literally 50 yards off the A1 so there is background noise, 1 bathroom for a 6 berth isn’t practical, the site was overrun with wasps and daily rubbish visits to the bins was challenging.

We have just returned from our stay at Jack’s Place. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped- meaning we didn’t have to worry about if we’d forgotten anything! The welcome/information folder covered everything and helped us plan some lovely days and meals out – thank you John! The site, although fully booked when we visited, was quiet. The outside play area was a big hit with our little ones! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

Jacks place lodge was so homely and comfortable for myself my parents my daughter and my dog. Welcomed by a welcome bag of goodies great personal touch.

From the moment we arrived, the place was clean and fresh. Beds comfy. Hot tub a great addition. The lodge was perfect for us. The dog loved it too. Plenty towels for everyone although we took our own for the hot tub. No hair dryer, and would be good if the decking area had a gate to keep dogs and kids secure but we took our own stair gate. Overall we had a great stay at Jack’s place.

A very pleasant stay in lovely comfortable lodge, the only downside was our bedroom which is at the end of lodge and close to busy and noisy A1(maybe supply ear plugs?) Hot tub fantastic.Site fantastic ,very clean and quiet in a great location. Could also do with oven gloves in lodge.

We enjoyed a short-break at Jack’s place for my Father’s 50th birthday everyone was perfect including nice touch of hamper with essentials on arrival. Hot tub was added bonus. Will definitely book again.
